👉 If you’re in charge of writing customer satisfaction surveys for your company, please make sure the questions you put actually cover things the customer wants to convey, not what your company wants to hear! A big shock!

What had shocked me most about the world’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic… 😷 Is that we are willing to have tight lockdowns and stop most economic activity over one disease, which has roughly a 2% mortality rate. What about all the other prevalent illnesses and causes of death?
