Tim is an inspiring entrepreneur and best-selling author, also as he likes to dub himself, a “human guniea pig”!
He wrote the popular book called “The 4-Hour Workweek” about how to unchain yourself from office work by starting a side hussle and using simple tools to manage it remotely.
Next, he started to train himself to eat healthy and stay fit. His next book was called “The 4-Hour Body” which teaches you how to spend only four hours a week to maintain your body.
He also travelled the world and learned a lot of languages, cultures, extreme sports, martial arts, and many interesting activities which become the basis for his new TV show.
