Planning: how I handle stress & pressure
The way to handle stress and pressure is all about planning! You have to have a very good planning practice, such as planning things in advance to make sure that they don’t stress you out and place unnecessary pressure on you.
Let’s say that you have a big task that you need to do, there are a few things that you should:
- Split it into small parts
- Make a list of all the parts to make sure you get them all done
- Have a clear deadline for each part
- Have all the resources you might need
Some advice I would give to any entrepreneur or business owner:
- Practice planning to an excellence
- Have good time/task management
- Avoid distractions
- Clarify your goals
- Focus on what you can control
- And most importantly, stay positive!
