Planning: how I handle stress & pressure

The way to handle stress and pressure is all about planning! You have to have a very good planning practice, such as planning things in advance to make sure that they don’t stress you out and place unnecessary pressure on you.

Let’s say that you have a big task that you need to do, there are a few things that you should: 

  1. Split it into small parts
  2. Make a list of all the parts to make sure you get them all done
  3. Have a clear deadline for each part
  4. Have all the resources you might need
